I bought this as a second posture corrector since I couldn’t find the same brand I bought before. Maybe it’s just from comparing to the previous brand, but I didn’t like this one as much. It chafes and digs into my underarms after a little while, and I don’t feel like it supports good posture as much as the one I had before. But overall, it’s good and does help with my upper back pain from sitting at a desk all day.

I love it! I’ve been trying to correct my posture forever! But it’s hard to remember to think about it all day... This thing is helping me stay conscious about it. One of the ways that it does that is by holding my shoulders back but the other is that it feels uncomfortable wearing it if I’m slauching. Which is what reminds me to sit up straight. Once you sit up, the discomfort goes away. So if you get this and then feel like complaining that you’re uncomfortable wearing it... sit up! I’m 5’2 145lbs with a little bit of back fat and I ordered one in M and L. I could wear the medium one but felt that it was extra uncomfortable when I was in the car. The Large fit much better and still pulled my shoulders back the same amount. Hope that helps when choosing a size

I was pleasantly surprised that the fine print regarding the size helped tremendously. The medium fit snugly without pinching under the arms and breasts. Initially, I wore it for four hours the first day without discomfort. There was no slouching on my part because the bra provides firm support to gently correct posture. The next day I wore it for three hours with consistent results. This was a great buy.

I'm 5' and 110. this works well for me, not too comfortable but that helps to remind me to keep my shoulders back and stand up straight. If I use a thin, sleeved shirt underneath, it helps. This has helped with my constant shoulder pain from computer work. I am happy with my purchase.
